Using the Telly
We have loads of great telly channels for you to choose from with different rental periods to suit both your stay and your pocket; so you won't miss out on watching your favourite programmes.

Once you've bought some credit for the system, and you have selected and then confirmed your choice of rental, all you will have to do to watch the telly from then on is to press the TV button.
Surfing the Internet
Our internet access is child friendly...so were sure that you'll understand that because we have to cater for everyone, there may be a few sites you wont be able to access, but that wont stop you keeping up to date with life outside the hospital from your bedside.
Internet is available in selected hospitals, but not available in children's wards.
Playing a Game
We have a great fun selection of games to keep you yourself occupied whilst you're in hospital...so check them out!

Enjoying Radio
What can we say about radio, other than it's FREE...so enjoy it with our compliments! We have a fine selection of radio channels for you to listen to...local, national, commercial and hospital radio. All you have to do is call our Customer Care Team for FREE, to get started, and you're good to go.
Using the Phone
A phone by your bedside makes it easy to keep in touch with your friends and loved ones; and, with your own personal number, you know that they'll be able to get hold of you, even if you move around the hospital during your stay.
After
you have chatted with our Customer Care Team and they've got you
started, there are two important things you need to
do...
- Fill in one of our handy Contact Cards and give them to your friends and family so they know how to contact you on your personal bedside phone.
- Use our great Friends and Family service. Let us know the numbers of your friends and well send them a message telling them you're in hospital, and giving them your bedside phone number. Its FREE and you can do it as often as you like. You'll find it on the screen where you can do it yourself, or call our Customer Care Team for free, and they'll do it for you.
