Hospedia is a media focused company that provides entertainment and communications services through bedside televisions and phones in more than 150 hospitals across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Customer Service is the key driver for our business and we recruit experienced people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Our on-site staff are key to our success; working directly within hospitals, visiting patients, demonstrating our services and showing how we can make a patient's stay in hospital that little bit easier.
The service we provide is 365 days a year, so we can offer positions with a wide range of hours, with weekend and bank holiday working organised on a rota basis.
